At the early stage of a new European programme implemented by an international NGO specialised in media development, Collateral Creations was asked to provide a baseline study on civil society and the media in Turkmenistan.
Services provided: remote research and interviews to map out and analyse the key stakeholders; reporting on the ecosystem of the sector.
