Analysis and scenario planning in 4 key pillars: electoral process, parliamentary support, civil service reform (human resources management), civil society (with a focus on rural and gender/youth).
Responsible for the identification & formulation of a multi-million EU civil society support programme, with a special focus on rural communities, service delivery and women issues.
Desk review, consultation and interviews with all relevant parties, two workshops with key stakeholders, and advise to EU Delegation staff in charge of these priority areas.
Preparation and completion of the full documentation for future EU funding under the 11th EDF focal sector of governance and civil society.
